ORDERS & SHIPPING
PLACING YOUR ORDER ONLINE
All orders can be placed online.
We accept a variety of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Venmo, Zelle, checks and PayPal. Upon receipt of an order by Marta Gualda, you will be sent an ‘Order Confirmation Email’. Once your order has been dispatched (usually within 1-3 working days of placing your order), you will receive a ‘Shipping Confirmation Email’ with a tracking number.
Shipments within the USA, will take between 1 and 2 weeks depending on time of order and destination. Your orders are insured and will need to be signed for.
If you have any questions regarding a product, placing your order online or shipping, please contact us at the email address above and Marta will respond to your email. For clients who prefer to place their order over the phone, please provide your telephone number and Marta will be able to assist with your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RATES
We ship directly from our offices in Charlotte, NC, using our secure and insured delivery service. We will dispatch your order within 3 working days and your order will be with you within 1-2 weeks of receipt of order. Your orders are insured and will need to be signed for.
Estimated shipping time for USA is 1-2 Weeks from receipt of order. All orders are insured and will need to be signed for.
Shipping costs vary per item. You will receive an estimate for shipping after your purchase.

Marta Gualda reserves the right to cancel orders.
1. If you would like to return your order, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order. Products must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of order.
2. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a unique return’s number and provide you with the address of where to send your package.
3. Customers must return the product in its ORIGINAL SECURE PACKAGING.
4. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT CUSTOMERS INSURE THEIR RETURN SHIPMENT. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND PRODUCTS THAT ARRIVE BROKEN.
5. Once the returned product has been checked by us, we will refund the cost of the original product. Please note the cost of the original shipping and return shipping will not be refunded.
6. Our clients are responsible for any customs or duties cost incurred.
